About the Role
We're looking for friendly, organised and unflappable humans to join our on-site team as Information Cadettes for Camp Kindling & Camp Wildfire 2026! You’ll be part of the heart and soul of our on-site support, working from the Info Cabin to help our wonderful campers with everything from lost wristbands and activity queries to campsite directions and last‑minute questions. It’s a fun and fast‑paced role that’s perfect for someone who loves helping people, enjoys a bit of problem‑solving, and thrives in a festival‑style environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance at the Info Cabin
- Answering questions about activities, schedules, maps, tickets, facilities, and general event info
- Handling minor issues and escalating anything more complex to the Lead Information Cadettes
- Logging lost property and helping reunite it with its rightful owner
- Making time to familiarise yourself with the event site, setup and key event details so you can assist guests confidently
- Maintaining a calm, positive and proactive presence throughout your shift
- Keeping the Info Cabin tidy, stocked and ready to go!
- Helping with providing comms or notices across site
Who We’re Looking For
- Approachable, friendly and great with people
- Clear communicator with a calm and confident manner
- Comfortable using basic technology (iPads, ticketing & enrolment platforms, training provided in advance)
- Organised and reliable – able to follow process but think on your feet
- Happy to work in a shift pattern and be flexible across the weekend
- Ideally has previous customer service, info point, box office or event experience
- Loves the outdoors and doesn’t mind the unpredictable nature of festivals
Important: work in a team during the 12‑hour daily Info Cabin shift. You’ll always have your evenings free to enjoy the magic of Camp. When you’re off‑shift, you’re welcome to take part in our walk‑up activities, and book into any credited activities with available spaces. 1 meal provided per shift. Festival wristband and crew camping & parking included.
