We're looking for experienced stage managers to run the show on some of our festival stages — keeping performances on schedule, coordinating artist changeovers, and being the calm centre of operations from line‑check through to the final act.

Key Information

  • Dates: Kindling: 19–24 Aug (build, festival 21–23, de‑rig)
  • Wildfire: 26 Aug–7 Sept (build, festival weekend 1, festival weekend 2, de‑rig)
  • Open to applicants available for one or both festivals
  • Application Deadline: Midnight on 5 June 2026
  • Food: Onsite catering

Your Responsibilities

  • Run the stage day‑to‑day, keeping the running order on time and managing changeovers between acts
  • Coordinate with sound and lighting crews to keep the technical side of the stage running smoothly
  • Look after performers from arrival at stage through to set — line‑checks, on‑stage cues, and a friendly welcome
  • Be the central point of communication on radio between stage, production, artist liaison and front‑of‑house
  • Advance any last‑minute changes to the running order and keep relevant teams in the loop
  • Maintain a safe working environment on and around the stage, in line with our health and safety standards.
