Location: Brighton, East Sussex (office-based, regular weekly attendance)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our Brighton-based team, representing a premium luxury wellness brand. This is a senior, consultative inbound sales role focused on converting warm enquiries from high-value, luxury clients. There is no hard selling — this role is about trust, credibility, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role suits experienced sales professionals who value quality conversations, long-term client relationships, and representing a premium brand with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and convert warm inbound enquiries from qualified prospects
  • Deliver tailored, professional consultations to premium clients

  • Demonstrable experience closing high-value or consultative sales is essential
  • Comfortable working with affluent, discerning clients
  • Able to manage full-cycle sales conversations and close high-value opportunities independently
  • Background in luxury, high-value, or consultative sales preferred
  • Confident, credible, and commercially minded
  • Strong communicator with the ability to guide high-value clients to close
  • Based in Brighton and comfortable working from the office regularly
