WE ARE HIRING – Fixed Term flexible positions within our Front of House Café and Admissions Teams. The Wildheart Trust is a young, vibrant charity providing a sanctuary for rehomed rescued animals and support for conservation projects both on the Isle of Wight and internationally. As a family-friendly attraction based in Sandown, we can offer a fun and supportive working environment where you will become part of our hard working, happy team. It is a great place to learn and grow your skills while knowing that your work is supporting endangered wildlife.

Our mission is to rescue animals and optimise their power as ambassadors to help us campaign for positive change. Every role within our Sanctuary supports this whether it is through sustainable procurement in our shop, converting our café to a plant-based menu or caring for the animals within our care.

Our Front of House team covers the café, admissions, shop and in summer the ice cream hut. You need to be reliable, confident, hard working and possess a warm welcoming smile and have great customer service skills. We are looking for applicants who can hit the ground running and want to get stuck in to our busy season.

Applicants must be 18 or over and be able to work a variety of weekdays and weekends. The summer months will also see occasional evening work being available too.
