As a member of our Front of House team at Wildheart Café, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. This is a varied and fast‑paced position where no two days are the same. You will often be the first point of contact for our visitors, offering a warm and friendly welcome, assisting with enquiries, and ensuring service runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your responsibilities may include preparing and serving food and drinks, handling transactions, supporting visitors on arrival, and helping customers with purchases. We’re looking for someone who is proactive and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm and positive during busy periods.
