You'll also contribute to improving financial processes and the reporting cycle, supporting the continuous development of the finance function as WWT evolves.

The role also provides the opportunity to assist the annual budget, forecasting and audit processes. You'll have excellent MS Excel skills and an awareness of charity accounting.
We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have experience producing or supporting management accounts, budgets and forecasts, and can translate financial information into meaningful insights.
- Enjoy building strong working relationships and partnering with managers to support decision-making and improve financial understanding.
- Have strong analytical skills and are confident interpreting complex financial data and explaining it to both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Are highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Have advanced Excel and financial systems skills, with the ability to solve problems and improve reporting processes.
- Can confidently influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels in a professional, collaborative and customer-focused way.
- Are willing to travel occasionally to other WWT sites when required; a full driving licence would be beneficial to support travel across locations.
