We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and become an integral part of an inspirational and vibrant trading environment. As the first and often the last point of contact with our visitors, this is a key role in providing a welcoming environment, striving to maximise both visitor enjoyment and engagement with WWT's work.

Providing a warm and informative welcome to all visitor segments in our trading areas, meeting visitor experience targets and maximising sales and membership recruitment. You'll contribute to the delivery of agreed targets and help to generate profits that support the conservation work of WWT.

This is a casual position where hours are offered on an ad hoc basis. Candidates will need to be willing to work some weekends.
