Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Castle Espie is seeking an experienced Senior Reserve Warden to manage the nature reserve and shoreline at Strangford Lough. You will lead habitat management, ecological monitoring and supervise contractors and volunteers.

This full-time, 37.5-hour role includes weekend and bank holiday work, guiding walks, engaging visitors, and acting as Duty Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
