Join the Experience and Engagement team as the department Administrator and you will be supporting a dynamic and multi-functional team that operates nationally across 10 sites. This is a varied role encompassing all types of administrative support and acting as a central point of contact for the team. As part of a team developing new exhibits and projects, site interpretation and seasonal programming at a national scale, you will help us deliver an excellent visitor experience at our reserves and visitor centres.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience providing administrative support for large and complex teams. The successful candidate will be proficient using finance and IT systems including SharePoint and have the ability to juggle multiple projects. The ability to be flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks is essential. This 3-day a week role involves office-based working from our Slimbridge site, plus regular remote working 1-2 days a week. Some limited travel may be required very occasionally. The contracted hours are 22.5 hours a week.
