Wendover Day Nursery in Wendover is seeking a passionate Deputy Head of Preschool to begin their leadership journey. You'll work closely with the Room Leader and senior management to develop a vibrant Preschool room while continuing hands-on caring for children.
You'll mentor apprentices and newer staff, maintain high standards of care, and build strong relationships with families. The role offers development, coaching, and clear progression to a future Room Leader position.
