We're looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our Baby Room at Wildflower Shawlands, formerly Pied Piper Nursery, as we continue our exciting journey as Wildflower Nurseries & Preschool.
What you'll be doing
- Creating a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where every baby feels safe, secure and valued
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that are right for each child's stage of development
- Building strong relationships with children and their families
- Supporting babies with their routines, care needs, feeding and sleep
- Getting involved in everything from messy play and sensory experiences to songs, stories and outdoor adventures
- Observing children's development and using what you see to help shape their learning
- Working closely with your room team to create a calm, happy and positive environment
- Following our safeguarding and wellbeing procedures to make sure every child is safe and supported
Most importantly, you'll be someone who gets that the little things really matter. A cuddle when they're missing home, getting down on their level, celebrating their latest achievement or simply making them laugh.

- Holds a full and relevant Early Years qualification
- Experienced in working with babies or genuinely passionate about developing their experience in a baby room
