Wildflower Marston Day Nursery & Preschool , we're looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Bank Practitioners to join our friendly team.
This flexible role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of age groups, supporting wherever needed.
While we'd ideally love someone available for full-time hours, we're also happy to hear from part-time applicants.
Our welcoming nursery is a place where children are encouraged to learn through play, curiosity and exploration, supported by a passionate team who love what they do.
Whether you're
Level 2 or Level 3 qualified , or you have valuable childcare experience and a genuine passion for helping children thrive, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
- What you'll be doing
- Supporting children across all age groups, creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Assisting with inspiring activities that encourage learning through play.
- Helping to maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing.
- Working flexibly to support the needs of the nursery.
