Role Description
This is a part-time in-person role as a Community Care Assistant at Wildflower Home Care Ltd. As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals in their home settings. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship, administering medication, and ensuring the overall well‑being and safety of clients. The role requires regular communication with clients, their families, and the wider care team.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Experience in Dementia Care is desirable
- Ability to work with empathy, patience, and compassion
- Excellent observational and problem‑solving skills
- Good understanding of personal care and hygiene
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Health and Social Care
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is beneficial
