Role Overview
The Graphic Designer (Social Media) will create eye-catching visuals for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials that are on-brand, trend-aware, and visually engaging. This role is ideal for someone who loves skincare and beauty, is passionate about design, and enjoys translating ideas into scroll-stopping content across social and digital platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop creative assets for social media platforms, digital campaigns, print materials, and marketing collateral.
- Follow creative direction and brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas to evolve our visual identity.
- Guide projects from concept to completion: brainstorming, execution, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Apply a strong sense of composition, color sensibility, typography, layout, and brand identity principles to all design work.
- View products and designs from a customer’s perspective to ensure that visual assets resonate with the target audience.
- When needed, cut and edit short videos or animations using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and multidisciplinary design work.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, or cosmetics, with a strong passion for the industry and genuine interest in its culture.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or mobile-friendly editing apps is a plus.
- Very detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality work across formats.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
