The Mission

As our new Account Manager, you are the face, the voice, and the energy of Wildfire for our clients. You aren’t just selling events; you are selling unforgettable moments. You’ll be nurturing relationships, pitching game-changing ideas, and closing deals that make our clients look like absolute heroes to their teams. You’ll be based in our Sheffield office with the rest of our incredible team, but you won’t be chained to a desk. You’ll be travelling to meet clients, shaking hands, and getting out on-site to see the magic happen at our events across the country.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Driving Growth: Taking hot leads and turning them into raving fans. You'll be managing your own pipeline and smashing targets.
  • Relationship Building: You aren’t just a vendor; you are a trusted partner. You'll get under the skin of what our clients actually need and prescribe the perfect Wildfire solution.
  • Owning the Process: From the first electric conversation to handing over a watertight brief to our legendary delivery team.
  • Getting Out There: Travelling to pitch to clients in person and showing up at live events to make sure the client is smiling from ear to ear.
