Food & Beverage Manager Van Dyk by Wildes
We have an amazing opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager.
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food & Beverage division, to maximise profits, enforce quality standards focusing on Van Dyk by Wildes experiences, maintenance of high colleague performance and ensures guest and colleague satisfaction.
The Food and Beverage Manager will also direct, implement and maintain a service and leadership philosophy which serves as a guide to all staff members. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to management is necessary in order to ensure that all phases of F&B service in areas under managers control are functioning.
The Food & Beverage Manager is accountable in the delivery of the Van Dyk by Wildes experience, behaviours across the respective department, and hotel, and to ensure that the behaviours are followed through by our colleagues.
What we are looking for?
- We are looking for someone with a minimum 3 years experience in the same or similar role.
- Expertise in quality standards of service and in F&B.
- Excellent reports & exposure in Hygiene & sanitation.
- Experience in a luxury 4* or 5* hotel and luxury restaurant / bar outlets.
- Flexible & adaptable to different working conditions.
- Passionate about F&B with excellent product knowledge.
- Excellent financial acumen.
- Ability to demonstrate meetings, planning & marketing strategies, future proof planning.
- Excellent leadership & communications both up and down the management tier.
