Wilderness Way is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to transform lives by supporting children in a safe, nurturing home environment. You will build trusting relationships, help with daily education, health and wellbeing, and enable independence through trauma-informed care and collaborative teamwork.
Ideal candidates will have experience with children or vulnerable groups, strong communication skills, and a willingness to pursue a Level 3 qualification.
