Wilderness Way in Penrith is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker to help vulnerable children in a caring, structured home environment. You will build trusting relationships, support education, health and wellbeing, and foster independence and resilience through trauma-informed approaches.
We welcome applicants from care, education, youth work or similar backgrounds. A Level 3 Diploma is preferred; driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are required.
