What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: You’ve achieved your Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
- Experience: You’ve worked with children in residential care or similar settings and know how to navigate challenging behaviours like a pro.
- Passion: You bring energy, resilience, and a can-do attitude that inspires others to follow your lead.
