We’re looking for an experienced Peripatetic Registered Manager to bring strong, values‑led leadership across multiple homes.
About The Role
- Working closely with the Regional Director, you will step into services across the region to provide direction, consistency and high-quality leadership.
- You’ll be responsible for delivering high standards of care, driving performance and ensuring each home operates in line with its Statement of Purpose.
- Lead, manage and support services to ensure children are safe and thriving.
- Oversee admissions, placements and outcomes.
- Drive high standards of care planning and delivery.
- Inspire and develop Assistant Managers and teams.
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with Children’s Home Regulations, Quality Standards and SCCIF.
- Manage staffing, rotas and budgets effectively.
- Promote a culture where children’s voices are heard.
About You
- You’re a confident, resilient leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to achieving the best outcomes for children.
- Essential Registered Manager or senior leadership experience in children’s residential care.
- Strong knowledge of regulations, Quality Standards and SCCIF.
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and working towards Level 5.
- Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Full UK driving licence.
