Be the first step in a child’s journey to the right care. We're looking for an organised and efficient Referrals & Commissioning Coordinator to join our Referrals Team. You’ll be the first point of contact for Local Authorities, managing referrals and relationships with care, professionalism and compassion. This is a key role supporting children to access the right care, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, responsive, and aligned with our values.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the referrals inbox, responding in a timely, professional way
  • Screen referrals using trauma-informed principles, non-judgemental practice and keeping children’s needs at the centre
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with Local Authority partners
  • Coordinate placements, admissions, and offer documentation
  • Maintain accurate systems and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Deliver high-quality customer service across all interactions
