Wilderness Way in the North East of England is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our People Team. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, handling employee relations cases and coaching leaders to make great people decisions.
This hybrid role travels to our North East homes and our Penrith Cumbria Head Office; a valid driving licence and car are required. We offer 25 days’ annual leave, a company pension, health and wellbeing benefits, DBS checks, and safeguarding commitments.
