We’re looking for an experienced Peripatetic Registered Manager to bring strong, values‑led leadership across multiple homes.

About The Role

  • Working closely with the Regional Director, you will step into services across the region to provide direction, consistency and high‑quality leadership.
  • You’ll be responsible for delivering high standards of care, driving performance and ensuring each home operates in line with its Statement of Purpose.
  • Lead, manage and support services to ensure children are safe and thriving.
  • Oversee admissions, placements and outcomes.
  • Drive high standards of care planning and delivery.
  • Inspire and develop Assistant Managers and teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with Children’s Home Regulations, Quality Standards and SCCIF.
  • Manage staffing, rotas and budgets effectively.
  • Promote a culture where children’s voices are heard.

About You

  • You’re a confident, resilient leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to achieving the best outcomes for children.
  • Essential Registered Manager or senior leadership experience in children’s residential care.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, Quality Standards and SCCIF.
  • Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and working towards Level 5.
  • Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Full UK driving licence.
