Wilderness Way in Penrith is seeking an experienced Children's Residential Team Leader to drive the delivery of safe, high-quality care and to mentor the team daily. You will lead shifts, support safeguarding, oversee care plans and collaborate with families and professionals, while promoting trauma-informed practice and continuous improvement.
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and leadership experience are essential; driving licence and right to work in the UK required.
