Wilderness Way is seeking an inspirational care leader to oversee two Ofsted-registered homes in the UK. You’ll guide a dual-registration setup with a 2:1 relationship-based care model, supported by an Operations Manager, Assistant Managers, and HR/Compliance teams.
With at least 2 years in children’s residential care (or related), you’ll bring resilience, a relationship-focused leadership style and a willingness to progress to Level 5. A full UK driving licence is essential.
