Wilderness Way is seeking a Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-registered homes in the UK. You will oversee two homes with individual registrations and deliver a 2:1 relationship-based care model, along with maintaining a structured rota for a full year.
Bring strong SCCIF and care regulation knowledge, plus a Level 3 (or higher) qualification and a willingness to pursue Level 5. A full UK driving licence is required to succeed in this role.
