Wilderness Way in the Kirkby Stephen area is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-registered solo homes, delivering 2:1 relationship-based care and a full year’s rota. You’ll be supported by an Operational Manager, Assistant Managers and our safeguarding team.
You’ll bring Level 3 (or equivalent) and Level 5 qualifications (or willingness to work towards them), plus a full UK driving licence and a resilient, relationship-focused leadership style.
