Wilderness Way is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-registered homes, delivering high-impact, relationships-based care for children. You will work with a supportive leadership team to maintain compliance and drive positive outcomes.
The role requires a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and a Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards it), plus a full UK driving licence. A structured induction and mentoring are provided.
