You will implement relationship-based care, supervise managers and support teams, and ensure safeguarding compliance, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for children.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in children’s residential care and hold Level 3/5 qualifications, with a full UK driving licence.
