RAISE Education Trust is seeking dedicated Governors to join our Local Academy Committees (LAC).
This is your chance to support one of our schools, Boorley Park Primary School, Deer Park Secondary School or Wildern School (secondary), ensuring every student receives an inspiring and inclusive education.
The Role at a Glance As a Governor, you act as a "critical friend" to the school’s leadership.
You’ll focus on the unique needs of your specific school while ensuring it aligns with the broader vision and strategic direction of RAISE Education Trust.
Location: Your chosen school; Boorley Park in Boorley Green, Deer Park in Botley or Wildern School in Hedge End
Commitment: Half termly LAC meetings plus occasional complaints and disciplinary committee meetings, termly school visits and annual online training
Focus: Local school performance, special educational needs and disability, safeguarding and community link

- Oversight of SEND provision and curriculum application.
