The successful applicant will be involved in all key aspects of operational services across all areas of the Leisure Centre, including the Fitness Suite, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool and Reception. A National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) is essential and a Level 2 Fitness Certificate is desirable.
Hours of work involve early mornings, daytime, evening and weekend hours available; Monday to Sunday.
There may be additional hours available to cover for staff absences.
We hold staff training one Tuesday a month from 8.00pm to 10.00pm and Sunday 6pm – 8pm, therefore you will need to commit to attending this training session (for which you will be paid) in order to maintain your NPLQ qualification. Casual rate of £7.55 to £12.21 per hour (dependant on age).
