With an impressive track record of multiple new aparthotels opening each year, we're on an unstoppable journey, with exceptional properties across iconic European cities like London, Berlin, Edinburgh, Lisbon and Vienna. We are on the search for our next Sales Manager at Wilde Cambridge. Our Irish heritage mixes with local cultures to form new experiences that are unique to each city, and each Wilde.

  • Minimum 2+ years of Hotel/Aparthotel Sales, Reservations and/or Property Account Management experience - this is a big property and prior demonstrable experience is required.
  • Prior experience working in the UK or Irish market, and local market knowledge is helpful.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Business Travel, Group and Extended stay segments.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force/Opera/IDEAS/Agency360/LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A willingness to travel when needed.
  • You will assist in planning local and national sales activities, network and socialise with the wider teams, and attend trade shows and presentations to promote Wilde and the group portfolio.
  • An important part of our sales teams is communication. Meeting and speaking with new and existing clients, securing and managing new corporate accounts by building and maintaining professional working relationships.
  • Actively and dynamically promote the Wilde brand through sales and marketing activity including promotional road shows and presentations undertaken by the company.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all prices, sales, and activity reports.
  • Securing and managing corporate accounts, and group agencies by building and maintaining professional relationships with key bookers.
  • Driving sales activity to generate new business and grow existing business.
  • Be the Ultimate Brand Ambassador: Take ownership of your role with enthusiasm, energy, and a touch of flair—become the face of Wilde and represent us with pride.
  • Engage with the Community: Actively participate in local charity events and initiatives, building strong relationships within the community and contribute to our collective mission.
