The Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Revenue Manager to drive and oversee revenue performance across 5 of our London properties. This role is responsible for leading revenue strategy and performance across a regional portfolio, ensuring pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, and commercial planning that drives market share and profitability.

- Strong multi property revenue management experience
- Expertise with revenue systems and analytical tools
- In depth knowledge of competitive market trends and market share strategy
- Experience working with IDeaS, Opera Cloud PMS, and channel management platforms
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A driven, energetic, and curious approach to commercial performance
- Experience using BI tools to deliver insights
- A solid revenue management background with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

- Lead total revenue performance for a regional portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategy
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing, and demand modelling to maximise revenue and profitability
