The role:
We are looking for a qualified Regional Facilities Maintenance Technician (Electrical background) to support our Dublin properties and Head Office, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient electrical maintenance across multiple sites. This role combines hands-on delivery with oversight, helping to standardise maintenance practices, improve response times, and support the development of on-site teams. You will work closely with property teams and leadership, with clear progression towards a regional management position as the business continues to grow.

We would love you to have:
- 3 to 5 years experience working within the facilities maintenance sector in Ireland
- Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance requirements within a multi-site or hospitality environment
- Fully qualified electrician with completed Irish apprenticeship
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assets, including HVAC and pumps
- Experience with CAFM and BMS systems
- Solid understanding of statutory compliance and maintenance standards
- PC literacy
Nice to have:
- Certification in emergency lighting systems
- Experience with fixed wire testing
What you can do for us:
- Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple Dublin properties
- Ensure full statutory compliance and help standardise maintenance practices across sites
- Improve response times and reduce external contractor costs through self-delivery
- Use CAFM systems to plan, track, and optimise maintenance activities
- Support and upskill on-site maintenance teams through training and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with General Managers and property teams to improve operational performance
- Bring consistency, structure, and accountability to maintenance processes
- Contribute to budget control and identify cost-saving opportunities
