We’re looking for a Breakfast Cook to join our team and help deliver a fantastic start to the day for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in organisation and cleanliness, and loves preparing high-quality, fresh breakfast dishes in a small, well-run kitchen.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and delivering our daily breakfast menu to a high standard
  • Working independently in a small kitchen, managing your time and prep efficiently
  • Ensuring excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
  • Managing stock, basic inventory, and minimising food waste
  • Helping create a welcoming and relaxed breakfast experience for our guests

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year of kitchen experience, ideally in breakfast, café, or hotel service
  • Confidence working alone and managing your own section
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • A commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and high standards
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work with the wider Wilde team
