The role: We are hiring a commercially minded, technically fluent product leader who can own product areas, scope effectively with engineering, and deliver outcomes that move revenue and improve guest experience. You will own key product areas across our digital ecosystem - from website conversion and booking engine optimisation to experimentation and payment flows. You will work directly with internal engineers, an external development agency, designers, and commercial stakeholders to shape solutions, ship features, and measure results. You will report to the Head of Digital Product and play a central role in shaping and scaling our digital product portfolio.

We would love you to have:

  • 5 years' experience in a Product Management role with demonstrable technical depth and the ability to operate beyond purely business focused product management.
  • Strong technical fluency with experience working directly with engineering teams and external development partners to deliver digital products successfully.
  • A proven track record of shipping digital products and features that delivered measurable commercial impact across revenue growth, conversion optimisation, operational efficiency, or customer experience.
  • Strong analytical capability with confidence using SQL, GA4, BigQuery, experimentation platforms, and A/B testing methodologies to support data driven decision making.
  • Experience working on transactional, e commerce, marketplace, or digitally enabled customer platforms.
  • Strong commercial thinking with the ability to connect product decisions to business performance, customer outcomes, and operational impact.
  • An insatiable curiosity to improve systems, challenge inefficiencies, and continuously raise product, operational, and customer experience standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leadership and presenting to executive and C suite stakeholders.
  • The ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, prioritise confidently, and make informed decisions within fast moving environments.
  • Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, alongside modern product management and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent.

Desirable:

  • Experience within the hospitality, travel, or accommodation sector.
  • Knowledge of Oracle PMS, booking engines, or hospitality technology ecosystems.
  • Understanding of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), and AI driven search discoverability.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and experimentation platforms such as AB Tasty, Optimizely, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to payment systems including Stripe, multi currency pricing, and MCC optimisation.
  • A Product Management certification or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.

What you can do for us:

  • Own and drive product areas across the digital guest journey, including website growth, self service, booking engine, and experimentation platforms.
  • Manage roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation, requirements, and end to end delivery across assigned product areas.
  • Deliver measurable commercial impact through conversion optimisation, direct revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and guest experience improvements.
  • Partner closely with internal engineers and external development teams to shape scalable technical solutions and evaluate trade offs.
  • Use analytics, experimentation, and customer insight to identify opportunities, validate decisions, and optimise digital performance.
  • Leverage tools such as GA4, BigQuery, and A/B testing platforms to support data driven product decisions.
  • Improve the end to end guest journey across discovery, booking, check in, in stay, and post stay interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, predictive technologies, and emerging digital trends across the guest experience.
  • Build strong cross functional relationships across commercial, operations, revenue management, marketing, and technology teams.
  • Communicate product priorities, risks, trade offs, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Translate technical complexity into commercially meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain high standards across QA, release management, governance, documentation, and platform performance.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
