The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Revenue Executive to provide essential day to day operational support to the Revenue team. Working closely with the Revenue Director, Revenue Managers and Revenue Analyst, this role plays a key part in maintaining data accuracy, supporting commercial initiatives and ensuring the smooth day to day running of revenue operations.

We would love you to have:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related field, or equivalent vocational experience.
  • Previous experience in a hotel revenue, reservations or commercial support role would be highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to your work.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Experience using hotel revenue management systems, property management systems (such as OPERA), revenue management systems and channel management platforms.
  • Familiarity with OTA extranets, including Booking.com and Expedia.
  • The ability to manage your workload independently, prioritise effectively and work proactively in a fast paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the wider Revenue team.
  • A genuine interest in hotel revenue management, commercial performance and continuous improvement.

What you can do for us:

  • Support the day to day operations of the Revenue team by maintaining accurate rates, inventory and availability across all distribution channels.
  • Ensure pricing, booking channels and revenue systems are accurate, up to date and operating effectively.
  • Monitor business performance through daily pick up analysis, identifying trends and highlighting opportunities or risks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and commercial insights to support business reviews, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Maintain revenue management systems, competitor intelligence and market data to support informed pricing decisions.
  • Support the delivery of commercial initiatives, promotions and strategic projects across the portfolio.
  • Assist with new hotel openings by setting up revenue systems, pricing and inventory to ensure a smooth launch.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, driving consistency and continuous improvement across the Revenue function.
  • Work collaboratively with Revenue Managers, Marketing and hotel teams to deliver commercial objectives and share best practice.
  • Provide flexible support across the portfolio during peak periods, projects or team absences, ensuring continuity of the Revenue function.
