The Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Revenue Manager to lead revenue performance across a regional portfolio of properties. Working closely with hotel teams and key commercial stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies, optimising demand, forecasting performance and maximising market share. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives on turning data into action, influencing decision making and driving sustainable revenue growth across multiple hotels.

- Previous experience in hotel revenue management, with a strong understanding of commercial strategy, demand forecasting and revenue optimisation.
What you can do for us:
- Lead the commercial performance of a regional portfolio of up to six properties, driving total revenue growth in line with company strategy.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across all market segments, optimising business mix, demand and profitability.
- Manage distribution channels, room type strategy and sales restrictions to ensure rates and inventory are optimised across all booking channels.
- Own forecasting, pricing and demand analysis, delivering accurate insights and maintaining forecast accuracy as a key performance indicator.
- Maximise the performance of our Revenue Management System by ensuring its configuration, outputs and recommendations are accurate and effective.
- Identify and deliver revenue generating opportunities through tactical pricing, promotions, distribution strategies and other commercial initiatives.
- Lead regular yield and commercial review meetings with hotel, regional and cross functional stakeholders, providing clear recommendations based on market trends and performance.
- Manage group pricing and commercial decision making, balancing demand, profitability and strategic business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and commercial performance to strengthen market position and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Use business intelligence tools and data analysis to produce clear, actionable insights that support commercial decision making.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process and lead strategies relating to overbooking, upselling and inventory optimisation.
- Build strong relationships across Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Operations and other key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and commercially focused approach.
- Support the execution of regional and global revenue strategies, driving continuous improvement and best practice across the portfolio.
