The role: We are looking for a qualified Regional Facilities Maintenance Technician (Electrical background) to support our Dublin properties and Head Office, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient electrical maintenance across multiple sites. This role combines hands-on delivery with oversight, helping to standardise maintenance practices, improve response times, and support the development of on-site teams. You will work closely with property teams and leadership, with clear progression towards a regional management position as the business continues to grow.

We would love you to have:

  • 3 to 5 years experience working within the facilities maintenance sector in Ireland
  • Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance requirements within a multi-site or hospitality environment
  • Fully qualified electrician with completed Irish apprenticeship
  • Experience in a multi-site or hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assets, including HVAC and pumps
  • Experience with CAFM and BMS systems
  • Solid understanding of statutory compliance and maintenance standards
  • PC literacy

Nice to have:

  • Certification in emergency lighting systems
  • Experience with fixed wire testing
