The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to work closely with our Director of Integrated Marketing, delivering impactful brand, campaign, and commercial marketing initiatives across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. With a strong focus on our French speaking markets, this role combines strategic brand work with local market activation, content, CRM, digital, PR, and in property marketing. The ideal candidate will be a fluent French speaker with excellent translation and localisation skills, capable of managing multiple projects while championing our brand across English and French markets.

We would love you to have:
- Professional or native level fluency in both French and English, with the confidence to write, translate, and review marketing content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- 3 to 5 years of B2C marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or another consumer focused brand.
- Experience working across a broad marketing mix, including brand, content, digital, CRM, email, PR, events, and in property marketing.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate stakeholders across different teams and markets.
- Strong creative judgement and the ability to develop effective briefs, ensuring campaigns and content align with brand standards.
- A collaborative approach, with experience building strong relationships across departments, agencies, and external partners.
- Confidence using AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency, creativity, and ways of working.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, remaining organised, adaptable, and solutions focused as priorities evolve.
What you can do for us:
- Lead marketing activity across our French portfolio, adapting campaigns and content to resonate with local audiences while acting as the brand's French language expert.
- Translate, localise, and review marketing copy across English and French, ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and brand voice.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns from brief to execution, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and creative delivery across multiple channels.
- Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs that translate brand strategy into effective campaigns and content.
- Maintain and optimise website content across English and French language sites, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless user experience.
- Support the planning and delivery of email and CRM campaigns by briefing content, reviewing communications, and contributing to the content calendar.
- Collaborate with PR partners, local teams, and external agencies to deliver partnerships, events, and property launches that strengthen brand awareness.
- Enhance the guest journey by supporting in property marketing, photoshoots, and guest communications from pre arrival through to post stay.
