Role: We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People Team, based in Paris and supporting our properties across France, reporting into our European Head of People in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is curious, empathetic, and enjoys coaching and developing others.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data to guide decisions, is comfortable with ambiguity, and brings strong experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager.

Proven ability to solve complex problems, coach managers, and influence decisions using data and insight.

Comfort working autonomously in ambiguous, fast moving environments with kindness, clarity, and resilience.

Strong ability to challenge the status quo and bring forward looking, innovative solutions.

Extensive knowledge of French employment law and compliance requirements.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment at all levels.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification preferred.

High pace, strong follow through, and a love for working in multi- site environment What you can do for us: Act as a trusted people advisor to the Regional Operations Director, elevating the employee experience across the entire lifecycle and advising on SCG rhythm of business, values, culture, leadership team dynamics, and organisational effectiveness.

Partner with General Managers and their leadership teams to build engaged, high performing teams through coaching, development planning, and targeted interventions.

Work closely with our in house recruitment team to hire exceptional talent.

Collaborate with the L&D Manager to identify training needs, coaching opportunities, and development pathways across teams.

Ensure all HR policies, documents, guides, and contracts are legally compliant and reflect local best practice.

Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, enabling leaders to make fair, compliant, and values aligned decisions.

Contribute to strategic People projects including DEI, engagement, government directives, and culture initiatives.
