At Staycity Group, we bring together two leading aparthotel brands - Staycity Aparthotels and Wilde Aparthotels - united by a shared commitment to modern, flexible hospitality. Across our properties and support teams, our goal is simple: to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and create an environment where our people can do their best work. Whether you're joining our operations or head office teams, you'll be part of a fast-growing European hospitality group built on our values of curiosity, drive, collaboration, kindness, and respect. We're a diverse and inclusive team that encourages you to bring your unique self to work - because we believe great hospitality starts with people who feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

We're looking for an Email and CRM Marketing Lead to own the guest email and CRM programme end to end. This is a senior specialist role: you'll set the strategy, build the segmentation logic, and also get hands-on with campaign execution where it matters. You'll turn guest data into revenue - higher repeat-booking rates, stronger direct-channel performance, and guests who come back because the experience feels personal, not generic. You'll report into the Head of Performance Marketing and work closely with Revenue, Content and our data team to make sure every email earns its place in someone's inbox.

What success looks like: increased direct-channel revenue, higher repeat-booking rate, and a CRM programme that's driven by LTV and pLTV - not just open rates.

Benefits:

  • Paid family leave (>1 year of service)
  • Flexible working patterns
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Bonus scheme that rewards high performers; based on our core values and tied to individual property goals
  • Discounted rates for overnight stays for you, your family and friends
  • Refer and earn scheme if you successfully refer a friend to work with us
  • Cycle to work scheme- to support a healthy lifestyle and our planet
  • Education Support to help you foster new skills
  • Volunteer days: 2 paid volunteer days per year
  • Support for you and your family when you need it with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We would love you to have:

  • 4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or email marketing, ideally within hospitality, travel, ecommerce, or a customer focused industry.
  • A strong commercial mindset with experience using customer data, lifetime value (LTV), predictive LTV (pLTV), and churn analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Experience developing customer lifecycle strategies, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalisation, and customer engagement.
  • Hands on experience using CRM and email marketing platforms such as Revinate, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence working with SQL, customer data, and audience segmentation, and collaborating with technical teams on data requirements.
  • A proven track record of planning and delivering high performing, multi channel CRM and email marketing campaigns that drive customer retention, revenue, and lifetime value.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, persuasive, and brand aligned customer communications.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross functional teams.
  • A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and using data driven insights to continuously optimise performance.

Desirable:

  • Experience setting up or migrating CRM platforms
  • Multilingual campaign delivery
  • Experience building value-exchange models (e.g. loyalty/rewards)

What you can do for us:

  • Own and continuously improve our CRM and guest lifecycle strategy, creating seamless customer journeys from first interaction through to loyalty and repeat bookings.
  • Design, build, and optimise automated guest journeys across the full customer lifecycle, including welcome, pre arrival, in stay, upsell, post stay, win back, referral, and VIP campaigns.
  • Create highly targeted audience segments using guest data, booking behaviour, preferences, and customer insights to deliver personalised communications that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Plan, build, test, and deploy engaging email marketing campaigns from initial brief through to QA, launch, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Shape the future of our CRM strategy by identifying opportunities to improve platforms, processes, and customer data capabilities, while supporting the evaluation and implementation of new CRM technologies.
  • Develop targeted guest offers and campaigns based on customer insights, business priorities, and commercial objectives.
  • Lead the marketing communications for our membership programme, creating personalised campaigns that increase engagement, loyalty, and repeat bookings.
  • Ensure customer data is managed responsibly and in line with GDPR, maintaining best practice across CRM systems, the PMS, booking engine, and marketing platforms.
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance, using data and insights to optimise campaigns and improve key metrics such as engagement, direct bookings, repeat business, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Digital, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns, member only offers, upselling initiatives, and new property launch communications.
