The role: Staycity Group is seeking a strategic and commercially focused Director of Revenue to lead revenue performance across our Ireland & UK Regional portfolio. In this role, you will oversee pricing strategy, market analysis, and revenue optimisation, while managing and developing a team of Revenue Managers. You'll work closely with our regional, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver data-driven strategies that maximise RevPAR, occupancy, ADR, and overall profitability. Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership experience, advanced analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth within hospitality or serviced apartments. This is a key opportunity to influence high-performing assets and contribute to our continued European expansion.

We would love you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in revenue management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the hospitality or serviced apartment sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Ideas G3 RMS, CoStar, Lighthouse, Demand 360, Agency 360, Siteminder, BI tools).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

What you can do for us:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Revenue Managers responsible for assigned properties.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Regional Revenue Managers to develop and implement tailored strategies aligned with Staycity Group's overall objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behaviour to identify revenue opportunities and optimise pricing strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as RevPAR, occupancy, ADR, length of stay, and cost of sales.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Conduct regular forecasting to refine strategies based on market dynamics and property performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue management with broader business initiatives.
  • Support the development of promotional campaigns, packages, and pricing strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Lead the revenue budgeting process for assigned properties, ensuring accurate forecasting based on market conditions and historical trends.
  • Adjust revenue strategies proactively in response to market changes and performance data.
  • Monitor budget adherence and report variances to senior management in a timely manner.
  • Utilise revenue management systems and analytics tools to optimise decision-making and strategy execution.
  • Train and support team members in the effective use of revenue management tools and systems.
