We would love you to have:

  • Previous relevant experience and some knowledge of country/property specific maintenance, safety, and health regulations in a similar environment or property/hotel is preferred but not essential

What you can do for us:

  • Work with our Chief Engineer in supporting planned maintenance checks and take a hands-on approach to reactive maintenance.
  • Deliver daily, weekly and monthly safety checks as well as ensuring everything is in working order in the apartments and public areas.
  • Take part in preventive and curative maintenance of the premises and equipment while promoting and contributing to setting up internal measures for the protection of the environment.
  • Assist with managing stocks, equipment and supplies for the department.
  • Ensure compliance with current safety procedures, and control the condition of the building, technical equipment and all safety and alarm systems in the property.
  • Ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and reduced immediately.
  • Assist with complaints where possible and resolve them in conjunction with the Chief Engineer and General Manager.
