An established Cornish law firm is seeking a solicitor with 1 – 4 years PQE in commercial property and/or company commercial to join a growing practice that focuses on providing high quality service and advice through a personal and bespoke approach.
The successful candidate will work across both company commercial and commercial property work at the outset with scope to specialise as the role evolves. The firm is offering the right candidate a very competitive salary with early partnership prospects and a long term view to succession.
This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to strengthen their career with varied and first-class work, as the firm boasts high-calibre clients and specialises in long-term relationships. No residential property work is undertaken.
The role is predominantly office based and so only candidates local to our Truro office should apply. Office hours are adhered to, i.e. no work outside of office hours or weekends.
The applicant will be given support and assistance as required, will assist current partners on larger matters but predominantly doing their own work, and will be given autonomy to develop their own network of contacts and social media presence. The candidate must be self-sufficient and IT literate, and should be comfortable with the concept of assisting with the development of further employees at a junior level in due course.
