We require the services of a Structural Technician to support a busy highway structures team in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production of technical drawings (AutoCAD), approval reports, and robust management of scheme documents.
- Undertake and support feasibility studies, consultations, and surveys when required.
- Comply with CDM requirements and health and safety legislation.
- Provide technical supervision, support, and guidance to junior staff members.
The Structures Technician should have good knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and procedures, along with a working knowledge of standard engineering specifications.
The role will be based in Manchester on a hybrid working arrangement.
