Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager–building

Opportunity: Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager–building
Location: Lancashire – 3 days per week / remote 2 days per week
Rate: Negotiable and Competitive
Duration: 9 months+
IR35 – To be confirmed

Duties: Project management and delivery of various building improvement works, providing high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.

Requirements:

1. Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification
2. Experience of public sector building projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
3. Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
4. Experience of preparing detailed briefs, and identifying project requirements across the programme of works.
5. Experience of Initial launch and engagement meetings with key internal and external project managers/officers.
6. Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
