About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Program Lead / Senior Project Manager to provide overall leadership, governance and delivery accountability for the Wild Brain CPLG Digital Transformation program.
This delivery‑led role is responsible for ensuring the program achieves its intended business outcomes, value realization and strategic alignment across multiple interdependent workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, direction and governance for the Wild Brain Digital Transformation program.
- Own and manage the end‑to‑end program plan, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and Wild Brain CPLG business priorities.
- Establish and operate effective program governance structures, including Steer Co, decision forums, escalation paths and reporting cadence.
- Act as the single point of accountability for program outcomes, delivery confidence and value realization.
- Oversee scope, timelines, funding and dependencies across all program workstreams.
- Ensure benefits, KPIs and value realization metrics are clearly defined, tracked and reported.
- Maintain a delivery‑focused mindset, ensuring initiatives translate into tangible business outcomes.
- Drive prioritization decisions where trade‑offs are required across scope, cost and time.
- Act as the executive escalation point for risks, issues and decisions impacting program delivery.
- Ensure strong alignment between business leaders, technology teams and external partners.
- Provide clear, concise and timely updates to senior stakeholders.
- Serve as the key liaison to the Director, Digital Transformation, ensuring alignment with wider corporate digital programs.
- Own program‑level risk and issue management, ensuring proactive mitigation and escalation.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts and funding approvals in partnership with Finance.
- Oversee interdependencies across internal teams, vendors and parallel transformation initiatives.
- Ensure changes are assessed for downstream impacts across systems, processes and operating models.
- Coordinate and direct internal project resources across all workstreams.
- Oversee and manage external delivery partners and vendors.
- Set expectations, ways of working and delivery standards across all contributors.
- Lead change management planning & execution throughout the program.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑workstream digital transformation programs.
- Strong background in program governance, delivery management and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated accountability for program outcomes, budgets and value realization.
- Excellent ability to manage complex interdependencies across business and technology teams.
- Experience delivering transformation programs within media, licensing or complex operational environments.
- Familiarity with CRM, data, ERP or workflow system transformations.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and delivery partners.
- Senior, credible and calm under pressure.
- Highly structured with strong judgment and decision‑making capability.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining delivery momentum.
- Results‑oriented and focused on business value.
- Strong communicator in person and in writing.
