Our Audience Engagement team excels at delivering entertainment content to audiences across the globe including on our world‑leading YouTube network, through our global distribution business to SVOD, AVOD and FAST platforms, and through our leading capabilities in digital marketing, advertising, gaming and social media. With data insights and an innovative mindset informing everything we do, we are at the forefront of delivering entertainment and brands to kids and families wherever they’re watching and playing.

This role sits within the Media Solutions team, WildBrain’s Global Ad Sales business, reporting to the Senior Director, Client Success Media Solutions. This role covers three key areas:

  • Client Support & Relationship Management
  • Campaign & Project Coordination
  • Reporting, Insights & Process Support

Job Description:

  • Build strong working relationships by understanding client needs and escalating issues where needed.
  • Serve as day‑to‑day point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent delivery of business results.
  • Assist in the coordination of campaign delivery, including timelines, asset collection, and internal communication.
  • Help maintain internal trackers, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) entries, and workflow documents.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps or opportunities for efficiency.
  • Pull performance data from internal systems and analytics tools to support client reports.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting a sales team in a digital media environment is a plus but not essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Understand and provide insights on metrics, analytics tools, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Ability to juggle short‑term and long‑term deliverables across multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Collaboration: Willingness to work cross‑functionally with teams like sales and media operations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • A self‑starter with a solution‑driven mindset and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, and communicate across teams.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with a keen interest in the kids and family media landscape.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
