Overview

Senior Business Analyst (with project delivery responsibility) to lead CRM and adjacent workstreams within the WildBrain CPLG Digital Transformation program. This role focuses on business analysis and process re‑engineering, ensuring the CRM solution aligns with optimized workflows and clear requirements.

Business Analysis & Process Re‑engineering (Primary Focus)

  • Lead end‑to‑end business process discovery across all CRM‑impacted teams
  • Document current‑state ('as‑is') processes, pain points and inefficiencies
  • Design future‑state ('to‑be') processes aligned to CRM capabilities and operational reality
  • Facilitate process workshops, walkthroughs and validation sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Produce clear, high‑quality process maps, user journeys and operating models

Requirements Definition & Functional Design

  • Lead requirements elicitation across business, operations and commercial teams
  • Translate business processes into clear functional and non‑functional requirements suitable for CRM configuration and build
  • Maintain strong traceability between business needs, process designs and system requirements
  • Own and maintain the CRM requirements backlog, supporting prioritisation decisions with the Program Lead
  • Facilitate vendor selection decision via stakeholder demos and RFP process

Business‑Technology Bridge

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, including external CRM vendors
  • Explain business intent, constraints and priorities to technical teams in clear, unambiguous terms
  • Review solution designs to ensure alignment with agreed processes and business outcomes
  • Support data, integration and reporting discussions to ensure end‑to‑end CRM workflows function effectively

Delivery Coordination & Workstream Management (Secondary Focus)

  • Accountable for delivery of the CRM workstream within agreed scope, timeline and budget
  • Maintain a pragmatic workstream plan, tracking milestones, dependencies and risks
  • Facilitate regular working sessions, stand‑ups and delivery check‑ins
  • Provide clear status updates, issue logs and decision tracking to the Program Lead
  • Escalate risks and dependencies early to support programme‑level decision‑making

Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong, demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst with deep capability in process mapping and re‑engineering
  • Proven experience defining CRM‑related requirements and supporting system delivery
  • Expertise in facilitating process and requirements workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to translate complex business workflows into structured, consumable documentation
  • Experience working closely with external system vendors and internal technical teams

Desirable

  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot or similar)
  • Familiarity with contract drafting workflow management and automation
  • Experience operating within a multi‑workstream transformation programme
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, data models or reporting considerations
